Wrap Up Show - with DJ FAUZUL

For tonight's Wrap Up Show, DJ Fauzul was on-air to give the listeners a recap of what's been going on for the past 6 days. We will start with last Monday's topic on the Love Oh! Cinta: " Who is more controlling in a relationship ? " Majority said boys are more controlling then girls but some mentioned otherwise. Some said that both are equal, or none at all. There are those who thinks  its suffocating especially when the other half goes beyond the line of controlling and intervene with your privacy. D j Wawa's opinion was supported by a point she found on the internet,  it is positive to protecting ourselves from getting hurt or cheated by the other half. we are making sure that they are faithful and honest with us. it is also that we care and love the other half so much that we want to know of every activity they do. People want to be them , and fans fawn over them like ants swarming over a pack of sweets. They vary from models, singers , producers, athletes to actors and actresses. These famous stars  have the best of life , their efforts are worth millions of earnings and their names are recognized everywhere.  Tonight we asked our listeners and viewers a topic that received a huge response :  'WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE CELEBRITY?' At the start, majority of the answers highlighted 'Taylor Swift', an American singer-songwriter and actress native to Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. A few fun facts about Taylor ; She was the youngest songwriter ever hired by Sony/ATV Music Publishing. She won six Grammy Awards, ten AMAs, seven CMAs, six ACMs and 13 BMI Awards up-to-date. Have you ever experienced where you went panic when you had a sudden realisation that you had left your phone at home? Have you ever experienced or you know someone who cannot leave their phone even just for a second? There are so many people who just cannot live without their phone. It is a common 21st Century syndrome; it is as if the phone had become a part of their lives. A little fun fact about tonight's topic. 'Nomophobia' is a fear of not being without phone or fear of losing their phone.  According to one of the articles, "Cellphone is a remote control for life" . We can see the evolution of cellphone in terms of its role. Youtube: The good, The Bad.

They are not Hollywood A-Listers, but they are still famous for making videos on Youtube. YouTube has become a main platform for fellow unsigned artists/acts who showcase their talents. Some of these artists had gain more fame after posting videos on YouTube. Does the username: 'Kidrauhl' rings any bell? Justin Bieber and followed by other YouTubers like Cody Simpson and Colbie Caillat had found fame after posting videos of them singing on YouTube. Since then, many more unsigned artist use YouTube to show their talent. Tonight Jaz and Maxine discuss the rise of fellow of local YouTubers and also highlight the effects of showcasing your talent on YouTube. Jaz shared with us some of the local YouTubers who mostly are singers. Yeanmoka, Kieno Ibrahim and Aziz Harun to name some. Like other YouTubers, they also must have also face challenges. Why is there a tendency to study last minute among the youth? Not all youths have the tendency to study at the last minute however some students do have that 'habit' of revising at the last minute. Some say that it is very much effective similar to revising months before their exams. They say that revising at the last minute give them ability to have the things they memorize to still be fresh in their minds so it is easier for them to answer questions in their exams the next day. However, there are tendencies where this habit of revising at the last minute is actually a mindset of certain individuals or culture. For example, it might be a probability that youths in Brunei or in Asia in general have the tendency to revise at the last minute, according to Dj Khalz and Jaz. However this is not always the case as there are no actual prove to confirm this viewpoint. But basically youths sometimes prefer to study at the very last minute because they find it very much effective

Fatin Alifah Ry says that  it can be the guys or the girls. she thinks it depends on 'the reacher and the settler' in every relationship. For tonight's Wrap Up Show , DJ Khalz gives the listeners the highlights of what's been happening within this week. We will start with the most talked about of the week that is most certainly from last night's event, the EPL Masters Football Brunei Cup 2012. The big event was graced by the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, Crown Prince and Senior Minister of the Prime Minister's Office as the Guest of Honour. The four teams of EPL Masters are - Liverpool Masters led by Robbie Fowler, Manchester United Masters led by Andy Cole,EPL All-stars Masters led by Pierre van Hooijdonk and DPMM FC Masters led by Md. Ali bin Hj Momin. Also attending the event were Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahman, His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, HRH Prince 'Abdul Muntaqim and YAM Pengiran Muda 'Abdul 'Aleem.  Besides over 1,000 local football fans

Gala Night hosted by B-mobile in conjunction with the EPL Masters cup 2012

In conjunction with the upcoming EPL Masters Kick-off which will be held tomorrow at the National Indoor Stadium, B.Mobile hosted a Gala Night Dinner for all the EPL Masters players and DPMM FC Masters Players. during the event, few EPL players we're called up to the stage to entertain. Performance tonight ranged from the B-mobile Who's Got Talent winners to the Dance Competition winners. Jeff Winters was the emcee for the final event which was the Charity Auction. Performance tonight ranged from the B-mobile Who's Got Talent winners to the Dance Competition winners. Jeff Winters was the emcee for the final event which was the Charity Auction. before the night ended, fans who attended tonight had the chance to take take pictures and communicate with the players both DPMM FC and EPL masters.

Hi-Tea Session with Standard Charted Bank Customers

Standard Charted Bank hosted a Meet and Greet Session with SBC customers today with 6 EPL Master players namely  Steve McManaman, Robbie Fowler, Paul Parker, Andy Ritchie, Pierre Van Hooijdonk and  Regi Blinker. The session was held at The Empire Hotel Indera Kayangan Ballroom. SCB created alot of games and prepared prizes to be won for the event. such games we're doing pushups, singing and more.
